I love watching Downshiftology on YouTube and she has inspired me to prepare ingredients instead of whole meals for the week. This way I still get to do some cooking through the week and its an easy way to beat the boredom
of prepped meals.

I prepped sautéed veggies (broccoli and bell peppers), quinoa, carrots (cooked and raw), coconut flour banana squares, roasted chickpeas and bunch of other goodies for the week!
