Omegas for Skin Health

I donโt know about everyone else, but my skin has been going crazy with all of the hand washing and cleaning thatโs been going on over the last few weeks. ๐งผโฃ
And sadly, not just the skin on my hands is being affected. The weather is still cold and being stuck inside all day means that any time I can spend outside, Iโve been taking it - windburn, dryness and discomfort included! โฃ I was super excited to receive a bottle of the Orange Naturals Omega capsules in the mail last month, because I can work on fixing my dried out skin, from the inside out! Most of us think of of Omega 3 fatty acids for their benefits with heart health and the cardiovascular system, but did you know that Omega supplements are also beneficial for your skin? โฃ Omega-3 capsules are an easy-to-swallow size, made with sardine, anchovy, and mackerel sourced Omega-3. They donโt have a fishy taste, but if you want to keep them in the fridge, I find this helps to reduce any โfish burpsโ that may happen! Iโve also been slathering on the Weleda Skin Food as often as I think of it! โฃ โฃ During this crazy time and at all times, Orange Naturals products are available at Loblaws locations and online at Well.ca
